Checking Your Blood Pressure
The diastolic and the systolic are two values in which blood pressure is read by medical practitioners. It is checked in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
High Blood Pressure may be defined in an adult as the blood pressure above or equable to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or higher or equal to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. However, a blood pressure reading above 140/90 shows hypertension and is observed unnatural in any age.
